Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms, although they were not ready upon arrival; however, the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. The rooms were quiet, had good air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with a variety of channels, yet they were in surprisingly bad condition.
The hotel is conveniently located near the tram, offering spacious and quiet rooms that are comfortable but could use a refresh. The staff is accommodating, providing a clean and comfortable stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very large and spacious, clean, and well-stocked, but unfortunately not well-insulated from the noise of the busy street outside. The service had its ups and downs, from being described as hopeless and unhelpful to receiving top-notch and friendly assistance, especially during special occasions like birthdays. The location, though loud and dirty, vastly improved as it is now situated at the heart of the city close to essential spots. Despite this, the facilities offered remained decent, providing essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and quiet, need a refresh, but their location facing a smaller side street meant no traffic noise. The staff was a bit hit or miss - some were super friendly while others were unhelpful and inexperienced in service. The hotel's central location makes it perfect for exploring the city, but the nearby train route can be disruptive. The dining options were average, nothing special. Overall, it's a big hotel with some ups and downs.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious despite a noisy tram passing by frequently. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff poorly trained but others going out of their way to assist. The location was convenient, close to the tram station but in need of some upgrading.
